Social responsiblity

Our commitment to running an ethical business

We understand the importance of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and are committed to working in a way that is ethical and supports sustainability. Furthermore, as part of the AGM Group, we manage our business to the governance, compliance regulations and ISO standards set by the AGM Group.

Below are the values we believe in:

Supporting key talent

Whether established or up and coming, we aim to support artists and key talent to realise their dreams. We also aim to attract and retain the very best talent within our industry so that we can provide support to our clients. Working with key associations within the disciplines of interior design, events and fine art, we provide logistics support covering shipping, storage, inventory and installation.

Environment and sustainability

As an international company we have a responsibility to protect our planet. We do all that we can to minimise our impact on the environment across the supply chain and use renewable resources wherever possible. We understand the negative impact that plastic has on the environment and are working to reduce our usage. We are removing single use plastics from our supply chain, ensuring our packing materials and cases are from sustainable sources, reducing our use of raw materials and power, reducing emissions and increasing recycling.

Diversity and inclusion

We are committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion in all areas of our workplace and activities, to create and maintain an inclusive organisational culture which embraces and values diversity. Our aim is to provide a healthy environment for everyone to feel safe and valued and where they are treated fairly and with respect. No one should be discriminated against or receive harassment based on their age, disability, gender re-assignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation.

We have a zero-tolerance stance towards all forms of discrimination or harassment within our organisation. Our policy is established within our business and underwritten by our Board.

Employee wellbeing

The expertise of our employees is a key feature to our business. Their professionalism and knowledge make it what it is today which is why we aim to attract and retain the very best staff from the specialist world. We understand the critical nature of employee wellbeing. Our objective is to ensure the wellbeing of our employees in the three linked areas of financial health, physical health and mental health.

Health and safety

As a company we understand the importance of health and safety, its impact on the wellbeing of our staff and the responsibility we hold for our workplaces and when working in public spaces. We are committed to ensuring a safe workplace and healthy environment for our employees and in the locations where we operate. Our employees and service partners must recognise that they each have responsibility for achieving healthy and safe working conditions for themselves, their fellow staff and our clients. We each have a responsibility to take reasonable precautions, identify potential risks and take necessary steps to mitigate these risks. As a business we have a responsibility to provide the correct training and resources to equip[ our staff to work safely and provide a healthy working environment. Our objective is to have a working environment where there are no accidents.

Anti-bribery and corruption

It is important to us to conduct all of our business in an honest and ethical manner and it is our policy to comply with the UK Bribery Act (2010), as well as anti-bribery and corruption legislation in all countries we work in. We have a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and are committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity at all times. We expect everyone involved in our business, whether they are directors, consultants, employees or contractors to act in this way, regardless of where in the world they are working.

Anti-modern slavery
